1. When will my order arrive after I place an order?

All products are made to order and will take 3-4weeks to arrive. We know this is a different way of shopping but the founder is neurodivergent and unlearning 20yrs of corporate grind while trying to reset their nervous system. On demand fast fashion is robbing our ability to be patient and she truly believes it is the only way to ethically operate in this industry.

2. Ok, thanks I didn't need the lecture and can't wait that long. What now?

Once the order is placed you have 24hrs to cancel and get a full refund. After 24hrs the item and shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. I'm fine with the wait but what if I need to exchange it?

We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory.  If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email info@peaktoronto.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

4. Where are your products made?

All jewelry is made and shipped from our Toronto studio. Our bags and clothing are designed in Toronto,  made to order with carefully selected suppliers then shipped to our Toronto studio for quality assurance before being lovingly packed and sent your way. This all takes time and is why we need a 3-4week lead. 

5. Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes! Each piece is custom and made to order and I'm human so mistakes can happen. Our pieces have a 30 day warranty. Email us right away to coordinate a timely repair. If it’s been more than 30 days, or it’s a different issue, please email us and we’ll work with you towards a solution.

This warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect sizing
• Scratches or general wear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

6. Why are some pieces no longer available?

Some items I source may only have a small amount available, and therefore can only be made into a limited number of pieces. For these, after the quantity threshold has been reached, the style will no longer be available.

7. This brand is pretty cool. Are you hiring or taking on investors?
