It is so hard to do everyday life while trying to chase your dreams. Basic tasks can start to feel monumental and sometimes all you want to do is hide from life under a blanket and watch something on your phone.
Sometimes we need a reminder to Eat the Frog or do the hard thing first. It's an executive function hack for us ADHDers who will start a business before we'll make a dentist appointment.
